2025 | biomechanics and data processing

developed kaptur, a pipeline combining markerless motion capture from opencap with musculoskeletal modeling in anybody.
automated conversion of trc motion data into anybody-compatible inputs and enabled inverse dynamics analysis through a web interface.
evaluated on a forward lunge movement, with knee joint reaction forces compared to literature values.
results show biomechanically plausible trends, with differences in magnitude mainly due to estimated ground reaction forces and model/subject variability.
