developed a pipeline combining opencap markerless motion capture with anybody musculoskeletal modeling to estimate internal biomechanical loads from smartphone video.
automated conversion of trc motion capture data into anybody-compatible input formats and implemented inverse dynamics workflow using anypytools via a web interface.
evaluated on a forward lunge task; knee joint reaction forces showed expected trends compared to literature data.
